At Flavour Bombs, we want your taste buds to be completely satisfied; if your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, we offer a hassle-free return process within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items unless they are defective.

Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Provide Documentation
For damaged or defective items, please attach clear photos of the product and packaging to help our quality control team investigate.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if a physical return is required.
Refund or Replacement
After processing your request, we will either ship out a fresh replacement immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
